What are your bill rates? Can you send a rate package?
Yes, but first TradeLink needs to understand your project talent needs. We are not a one-size-fits-all staffing company; we are a workforce solutions provider that deploys the exact construction team you request. Rates are quoted per trade and per scope, and we typically get a package back to you within one business day.
What types of skilled trades do you provide?
Highly qualified millwrights, journeymen, industrial electricians, and other tradespeople for installation, maintenance, shutdowns, and new construction.
Which industries do you typically serve?

How fast can you mobilize a crew?
It depends on the trade, the location, and the credentials required. Emergency crews can deploy in a matter of days, while larger or specialized scopes are typically scoped and confirmed within one business day. Tell us the timeline and we will be straight with you about what is achievable.
Turnkey solutions or just labor support?
Both. Labor-only support to supplement your crew, or turnkey solutions including project management, supervision, and material coordination.
Are your tradespeople licensed and certified?
Absolutely. When specific licenses and certifications are requested, we deliver. Site-specific training is provided by customers online or at day-1 orientation.
Who employs the workers — and what about insurance and comp?
The craftsmen we deploy are TradeLink's W-2 employees. TradeLink carries workers' compensation and general liability coverage, and a certificate of insurance (COI) is available on request.
How do you ensure worker quality?
TradeLink is owned and operated by craft and construction professionals. Each candidate is hand-selected through rigorous screening: trade-skills verification, reference and background checks, and safety/compliance assessments.
Do crews bring their own tools and PPE?
Yes. Tradespeople arrive fully equipped with hand tools, PPE, and jobsite readiness.
What steps ensure safety on our site?
Safety is a priority from the first interview; every deployed candidate receives a dispatch email with TradeLink's safety expectations. We ask customers to provide day-1 site orientations, follow OSHA standards, ensure safety-tech coverage per shift (we can supply safety technicians if needed), hold morning safety meetings, and communicate safety issues in real time.
