We make safety a top priority starting with a candidates 1st interview. All candidates selected for deployment receive a project dispatch email that includes TradeLink's safety expectations.
We expect our customers to provide:
- Day 1 site specific orientations
- Follow OSHA standards
- Safety tech coverage for each shift (If you do not have safety techs on your roster, we can supply professional safety technicians for all of your site needs)
- Morning safety meeting (Post lunch tool box talk a plus)
- Report and communicate safety issues with TradeLink in real time if they arise
- Etc.
